Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Donor Communication: Call donors and supporters to explain ongoing campaigns and the impact of their contributions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with the organization's supporters.
• Query Resolution: Assist donors with technical and administrative questions regarding payments, donations, and 80G tax-exemption certificates.
• Engagement & Follow-up: Utilize WhatsApp and phone calls to follow up with interested supporters and keep them engaged.
• Impact Storytelling: Share real-life impact stories and campaign updates to provide transparency and build trust.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate donor records and detailed communication logs.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to coordinate campaign outreach activities.
