Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions and escalate when necessary
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in chat and call-based customer support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
