As a Customer Support Representative , you will act as a technical resource for Skala’s suite of software solutions. You are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, supporting SaaS-based products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, responsiveness, and customer advocacy.
  • Use sound judgment within established procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with support team members at all levels.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Clearly communicate priorities, timelines, and resolutions to customers.
  • Recommend knowledge base articles to promote customer self-service.
  • Assist customers via Zoom video calls with camera enabled.
