US-based herbal & wellness brand

Location:
Gulberg Lahore (Onsite)

Shift:
6 PM – 3 AM (Monday–Saturday)

Experience:
(1-2 years experience)

Salary:
60,000-80,000 PKR per month

Channels:
Email + Social Media Support

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer queries via email & social media
• Handle product, order, and general support questions
• Maintain accurate records & escalate when needed
• Deliver friendly, brand-aligned communication

What We're Looking For:

• Great written communication
• Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work night shift
• Stable internet; remote-ready
