• Must have fluent Spanish for work and English for team communication (Chat and email only)
• Candidates must have previous experience in the Customer Support field
• Comfortable working on computers
• Computer skills, fast keyboard writing speed
• A stable (cable or wi-fi) internet connection is a Must
• Power back-up (UPS or similar)
• Must have Personal Computer or Laptop with a Stable Internet Connection.
• Have a high school diploma
