Customer Support & Sales Associate

The Role:

This is not a typical call center position. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in supporting both customer service and sales activities. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with orders, and follow up on warm leads while helping create a positive customer experience.

You’ll work closely with the founder and operations team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer support and sales go hand in hand.

This is an associate-level role ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, communicating effectively, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
