Job Title: Customer Support Specialist – Advanced English (C1/C2)
Location: Remote (Based in Colombia)
Schedule: Thursday–Monday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate is charismatic, energetic, and able to create a positive impact over the phone, while guiding customers in both English and Spanish through calls, chats, and emails to resolve concerns with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish with professionalism.
Respond to customer inquiries via email in both languages promptly and accurately.
Assist customers through SMS text messaging, providing clear, helpful communication.
Use a chatbot platform to resolve queries and troubleshoot issues bilingually.
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
