Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Website Support Specialist
to manage a diverse portfolio of primarily WordPress-based websites.
The core focus of this position is ensuring every task meets high standards of quality and aligns perfectly with client expectations. In this hybrid role, you will coordinate website change requests,
conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) for deliverables,
communicate directly with clients, and ensure the timely resolution of support tickets. A strong combination of technical knowledge, design skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset is ideal for success in this position.
