Job Description
ECAM is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next Customer Support Specialist (French Bilingual).
Customer Support Specialist (French Bilingual) will be responsible for Entry Management for both English and French sites by answering calls, checking the cameras and granting access.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check Emails/Voicemails
- Respond to Emails/Phone Calls
- Gather details for incidents
- Enter incidents onto Queue Systems (Airtable/Stealth Hub)
- Process non-complex incidents (Worker Hours, For Reviews, Talk Downs, Open Gate, Last Worker, Video Requests)
- Update AE/AC/Clients
- Inform other departments of issues related to cameras/recordings
- Send final investigation details to AE/AC/QA/Client
