It's a small company supporting large enterprise cients which will give you the benefit of the best of both worlds.

The team work mostly remotely with 1 day in office together per week. There will be times that the customer support specialist needs to spend time on site with the client in Cape Town - so flexibilitty and a client first attitude is essential for this role.
