Role Overview We are seeking a Privacy Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for user privacy inquiries directed to designated Local Agent in South Korea under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This role is critical to ensuring compliance with Korean privacy regulations by providing accessible, human-supported inquiry channels for users.
Key Responsibilities User Inquiry Handling
● Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls from users in South Korea regarding privacy-related matters
● Accurately capture user inquiry details, including contact information, nature of complaint, and relevant account identifiers
● Provide courteous, professional assistance to users in Korean language
Triage & Routing
● Assess and categorize incoming inquiries based on established criteria (privacy requests, account issues, data subject rights, etc.)
