Qashier is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our growth! This role might be for you if you have knowledge and a keen interest in POS and payment systems, operations, or customer support.

In this role, you'll work closely with our merchants to cover key business hours. This is a full-time position that requires both on-site and remote work, 4 weekdays (on-site) and 1 weekend (remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, technical issue verification, and solving our merchants' concerns through phone, email, and live chat within target SLAs
  • Partner with our merchants to resolve issues effectively via virtual phone meetings.
  • Log merchants feature requests and feedback to the product team.
