Position Title: Customer Service Representative Job Purpose As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls/emails/chats from customer's inquiries and requests in a Telehealth / Consumer Services environment. You must maintain a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
