Daytrip connects travelers with local, English-speaking drivers, who provide door-to-door transportation with optional sightseeing stops.
**What the job entails**:
- actively handling last-minute bookings and communicating with partner drivers
- resolving urgent matters over the phone, redirecting clients to appropriate channels
- flexible, rotating schedule (we operate on a 24-hour schedule with teams in Merida, Mexico, Prague, Czech Republic, and Naples, Italy)
**What we are seeking**:
