Join Client as part of the local operations team, supporting partner merchants in major Canadian cities. This role is split between office/work-from-home duties and field work with merchants. The position focuses on merchant outreach, customer promotion, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist partner merchants (restaurants) through in-person, email, and phone support.
• Conduct merchant outreach both over the phone and in person.
• Perform desk-based tasks such as sourcing photos across the web.
• Support in-person customer promotion activities.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete assigned tasks.
