I’m a Remote Customer Support Specialist with 4+ years of experience supporting US and global clients in tech, gaming, and e-commerce.I provide: email support, ticket support, and live chat support, helping businesses reduce support volume and improve customer satisfaction.

My experience includes handling order issues, account concerns, refunds, and escalations, as well as delivering clear, empathetic, and brand-aligned communication.

I’ve worked with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace, and I quickly adapt to new CRMs, SOPs, and workflows.
