Job Summary:
Provide exceptional technical assistance and customer service to clients' inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
Job Description:
- Responsible mainly as a front-line support to answer all forms of customer requests for support and assistance with regards post-sale technical issues with the products or services.
- Response covers the whole range of answering/listening/understanding customer concerns.
- Recording and documenting these concerns and setting expectations with customer on resolution; outright resolution of concern.
- Endorsement of concerns to QA customer service and conveying resolution and closure of incident.
