Job Description:

• Receive and process orders from Sales Officers (via Sales Mate) and direct customers (purchase orders, fax, email, phone, SMS) in a courteous and timely manner.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness, and follow up on any missing details or discrepancies.
• Confirm product availability, suggest alternatives if needed, place backorders, or inform customers of restock dates.
• Ensure promotions and freight charges are applied correctly according to company policies.
