Job Scope:
Contacting partners via phone or email
Negotiating payment arrangements
Managing and resolving outstanding invoice disputes
Verifying payment confirmations
Recording validated payments
Handling partner inquiries related to commission invoices
Monitoring and communicating partner account status such as active or suspended
Providing updates on payment progress and status
Supporting updates to contract
Requirement:
English Proficiency: B2 or higher
Japanese Proficiency: N1/N2
Wiling to work with shifting arrangements
