Title: Technical Support Live Chat Process.
· Work Location: Ambattur Chennai (Ambit IT Park)
· Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience Into Technical Live Chat Support.
· Education Qualification. Any bachelor’s degree.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the US customers through Via Live Chats.
2.Should be capable of handling multiple live chat.
3.Should be hands on Experience in handling multiple chats at the same time
4.Must be flexible to work in rotational night shift.
