Designation - Customer Service Executive
Qualification - HSC / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply
Shifts - Rotational shifts (6 days working with 1 rotational week offs)
Location - Work from Home
Languages Known - Hindi & Gujarati
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good verbal communications skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Handle customer interactions via voice support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfactions and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Communication - Basic English
