residential solar customers through inbound voice (primary) and email (secondary) channels.
In this role, you’ll manage customer interactions end‑to‑end—from case creation in Salesforce to resolution, scheduling, and follow‑up. The Customer Support Specialist serves as a frontline customer support professional responsible for delivering exceptional service and resolution for customer inquiries across multiple channels.
This role acts as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing technical questions, billing concerns, product inquiries, account changes, and other service-related requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
