About the Role
The Customer Support Specialist will join Kacific’s support team and will be based in New Zealand. He/She will report to the Sales Director in New Zealand. With our HQ in Singapore and team members based across APAC. Kacific ( is a leading next generation wholesale broadband satellite operator that is disrupting its industry and bringing telecommunication services (high speed internet) to countries in the Pacific and Southeast Asia. With our first satellite launched in 2019 this is an exciting time to join the team at Kacific.
