Position Overview
ESP is seeking a Customer Advocate Supervisor who will be responsible for managing a team of individuals who receives inbound calls, chats, and emails from sales reps and homeowners, as well as making outbound calls to homeowners. This position will be for ensuring our call center is available to intake calls and chats and our sales partners and the homeowners have a World Class Experience with ESP.
Responsibilities:
- Track call and chat queue analytics daily
- Weekly call recording auditing & quality control check
