is a restaurant operations platform (SaaS) that helps restaurants manage and operate their online ordering channels in one place. We work with independent restaurants and multi-location operators, helping them stay online, receive orders reliably, and resolve issues fast across tablets, printers, menus, and delivery platforms.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative who will
actively manage, mentor, and coordinate the support team
, while remaining hands-on with daily support work.
This is a player-coach role. You'll handle real customer issues, lead by example, and help build the foundation for a scalable, high-quality support organization. You'll be responsible not only for individual tickets, but for how the support team operates day-to-day.
