Job Description
Scale Shore Consulting is looking for a customer support team leader with 3 years -experience. This position is responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing a team of Customer Support Administrators to ensure customers receive exceptional end-to-end aftercare and feel genuinely supported at every stage of their journey.
As a champion for customer advocacy, you will embed a culture of ownership, empathy, and service excellence, while ensuring team performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
