Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Assist with order issues, tracking, refunds, and general product questions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer communications.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve response times and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns to help improve product offerings and internal processes.
  • Manage customer inquiries for our rodent control product line.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels by providing timely and accurate responses.

Qualifications:

  • Bacherlor's degree in any field
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred.
