Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Assist with order issues, tracking, refunds, and general product questions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer communications.
- Collaborate with the team to improve response times and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
