CPI Management Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in our Alabang Site location in Imus City, Cavite. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position, and you will be a key part of our customer service operations.

1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies
