Customer Team Member (SPAR 18+) – Elton

Minimum 16 hours per week (possible additional hours). Various shifts including evenings and weekends.

As a Customer Team Member at SPAR Elton, you will support store management and provide a positive customer experience, helping to maximise sales and profit with “Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food for later and Food for now!”

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner.
• Answering customer inquiries and assisting them in finding items.
• Processing purchases accurately through the tills.
• Upselling selected products and highlighting multi‑buy offers to maximise sales.
• Working stock: checking deliveries, stocking shelves, keeping the floor clean and organised, rotating stock for freshness.
