Customer Voice Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for confident and performance-oriented Customer Voice Representatives to join our in-house sales campaign. This role involves contacting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and converting leads into successful sales while following quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers
• Clearly present and promote company products and services
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Successfully close sales and meet assigned targets
• Maintain detailed and accurate call and customer records
