Customer/Vendor Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to manage our WhatsApp business communication and customer inquiries.

Monthly Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 PKR

Work Type: (On-site)

Working Hours: (10 AM – 7 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Promptly respond to all incoming queries on WhatsApp.
• Lead Qualification: Chat with potential customers to understand their needs and extract necessary details.
• Information Management: Provide accurate product/service details and maintain a record of daily inquiries.
• Follow-ups: Keep track of pending queries and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close deals.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Persuasion: Ability to handle difficult customers and extract information professionally.
