Customs and Trade Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customs and Trade Compliance Manager to take ownership of global Customs operations and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across the EMEA region and beyond.

This is a high impact role with broad visibility, leading Customs strategy, operational compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across the international supply chain.

You will work closely with Logistics, Distribution, Production, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, external brokers, government authorities, and specialist consultants.

You will lead and develop the global operational Customs team and drive continuous improvement across Trade Compliance processes.
