As a Customs Bond Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring SARS compliance and smooth warehouse operations. Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and check documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Capture information and update bond registers within strict timelines.
Conduct physical stock takes and reconcile records with bond books.
Perform warehouse inspections to ensure compliance and proper storage.
Investigate and resolve queries quickly and professionally.
Communicate clearly with agents, clients, and operations teams.
Handle general administration, filing, and SARS applications (SADC/COO/Supervisions).
