Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the clearance of goods through customs, including the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation
• Acting as the direct point of contact between clients and customs authorities to facilitate import and export processes
• Staying up-to-date with the latest customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance
• Providing expert guidance and advice to clients on customs-related matters
• Liaising with shipping, transportation, and logistics providers to coordinate the timely delivery of goods
• Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on customs activities
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient customs clearance strategies
