About the Role
The Customs Broker / Customs Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end customs clearance process for import and export shipments. The role ensures timely, compliant, and accurate customs declarations while coordinating closely with internal operations teams, customers, and customs authorities.
This position is suitable for a licensed junior customs broker or a customs / logistics graduate looking to build practical experience in customs operations within a freight forwarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customs Clearance & Documentation
Prepare and process import and export customs declarations in line with local customs regulations
Review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness
Ensure correct tariff classification, customs valuation, and application of duties and taxes
Submit customs entries through the relevant customs systems and follow up on clearance status
