Customs Broker/ Sales Officer

A. Sales & Business Development

1. Identify and develop new clients for customs brokerage and logistics services.
2. Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations.
3. Prepare service proposals, quotations, and contracts.
4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
5. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

B. Brokerage & Compliance Functions

1. Oversee and ensure proper tariff classification and customs declarations.
2. Ensure compliance with the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
3. Supervise customs processors in documentation and lodgment.
4. Sign and validate customs documents when required.
5. Handle customs queries, alerts, or post-entry concerns.
6. Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clients.
