Customs Brokerage Analyst

**Essential Job Assist**
- Assist in checking and organizing the documentation required for import and export processes (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, Import License (LI), Import Declaration (DI), Single Import Declaration (DUIMP), etc.);
- Support communication with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and bonded terminals;
- Monitor processes through systems (Siscomex, Single Window Portal) and control spreadsheets;
- Assist in verifying tariff classification (NCM) and import requirements for goods;
- Track cargo clearance and keep internal reports updated with the status of each process;
- Help manage deadlines to avoid extra costs (demurrage, storage);
- Comply with the company’s internal procedures and foreign trade compliance regulations;
- Issue LPCOs (licenses/permits with consenting agencies).
