To further develop the Customs brokerage product in the marketplace through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company’s policy and procedures.
Tasks and Duties

Ensure all classification instructions for all shipments for all customers.
Monitor duty deferment usage and levels.
Monitor license/visa applications.
Ensure all new business is transitioned correctly.
Make 3 F2F calls per week – Retention/Sales
Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings.
Promote productivity tools (e.g., using edoc, Raft, process management, customsware usage/...
