Customs Classification Specialist

A Snapshot of Your DayAs a member of the Customs Global Classification team, you will be responsible for collaborating in the determination of accurate customs classifications on behalf of Siemens Energy legal entities in the Americas region (NA), located in Queretaro MX, attending mainly HTS Classifications in Canada.
You will capture data/documentation and determine the correct customs classification (tariff) according to the Harmonized Trade System for different jurisdictions across the region.This position reports to the Global Classification Team and works in close collaboration with the Customs Operations and Customs regulatory teams, as well as interacting with different Siemens Energy Business stakeholders.How You'll Make an ImpactIdentifying the required information for customs classification and gathering this information from systems and/or colleagues of the relevant departments such as engineering, R&D, Projects and other areas.Analyzing and collaborating/assisting i...
