Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow

Process Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary customs documentation for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws

Compliance & Tariffs: Ensure all shipments meet applicable laws and regulations, including correct HS/HTS classification and origin determination

Problem Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and customs brokers to resolve shipment holds or queries efficiently.

Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate customs reports and data within management systems
Skills and Experience
Good knowledge of customs brokerage process, customs legislation

Proven experience in a freight forwarding or customs clearance environment is essential.
