Customs Clearance Supervisor / Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire customs clearance process for all company shipments.
• Lead, train, and mentor the clearance operations team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for liaising with the Bureau of Customs (BOC), brokers, and other government agencies (e.g., FDA, DA, LTO).
• Resolve any customs-related issues, holds, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with all import regulations, tariff codes, and customs procedures.
• Review and approve all submitted import entries and documentation for accuracy.
• Develop and implement efficient clearance workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Stay updated on changes in customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
