Customs declarant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manifest shipments accurately and on time
• Prepare and process all import documentation (BL, packing list, invoice, etc.)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments
• Ensure all documents are complete and compliant with regulations
• Track and follow up on inbound shipments

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in manifesting (required)
• Knowledgeable in import documentation procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Can work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Familiar with international trade and customs terms is a plus
