Customs Declaration Executive/Supervisor

Process and review documents related to cargo clearance.

Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documents for customs clearance at ports.

Monitor cargo status and update logistics information promptly to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Prepare and export relevant reports according to operational requirements.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Language proficiency: Able to process documents and communicate effectively in both Chinese (optional) and English.
• Work experience: Prior experience in customs clearance, import/export, or foreign trade is preferred.
• Demonstrated responsibility, strong execution skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
