Customs & Foreign Trade Specialist (f/m/d) – Processes EMEA

Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze, structure, and document existing customs and foreign trade processes with a focus on efficiency and standardization – initially in Germany, and later across the EMEA region.

Digitalization & Data Preparation: Use and further develop Excel-based solutions, and prepare structured data from SAP and Business Warehouse to support operational processes.

Operational Daily Business: Support customs and foreign trade operations for Vibracoustic’s German entities, particularly in the areas of rules of origin and preferences, tariff classification, master data maintenance, and coordination with external partners.

Preference Handling: Coordinate preference calculations and process both customer-side and supplier-side long-term supplier declarations for all EU Vibracoustic sites.
