Job Responsibilities:

+ Check and process open solicitation requests in the origin system

+ Analyse received documents (audit of the documents according to the Union Customs Code)

+ Key in data into origin management software

+ Processing customer requests

+ Calculation process in the origin software (automatic) or manual calculation

+ Compliance analysis (errors check, problems solving, internal/external communication)

+ Qualification process and Long Term Supplier declaration issue to the clients

+ Data base analyze of issued LTSDs
