We are looking for a Customs & Gateways Director to join DHL Express.
Role Purpose:
The Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations‑related activities within the Customs & Gateways functions. This includes developing and guiding a high‑performing team in a Great Place to Work (GPTW) environment, aligning with the organizational roadmap, and driving operational excellence, safety, and network connectivity at both the local and global levels. The Director ensures the efficient and timely processing of shipments in full compliance with customs regulations and DHL policies.
This role leads a complex logistics operation, managing a team of over 150 employees and ensuring on‑time, cost‑effective performance in a highly regulated customs environment.
