**1. Customs Clearance Management**

+ Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for all inbound shipments.
+ Coordinate with customs to ensure timely clearance.
+ Review and validate entries to ensure alignment with internal compliance standards.

**2. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight**

+ Ensure all import activities comply with national and international trade regulations (e.g., DCA).
+ Maintain a strong understanding of import licenses, permits, and restricted processes.

**3. Shipment Coordination & Tracking**

+ Track inbound shipments from origin to final delivery, identifying bottlenecks or delays.
+ Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
+ Resolving customs holds, inspections, or documentation queries proactively.
