We are seeking a talented Customs Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic team at DHL Global Forwarding (Phils.), Inc. in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and coordinating the customs clearance operations for our clients' shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage customs clearance operations, providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to drive high performance
2. Oversee the customs clearance process, from document preparation to submission, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
3. Liaise with government agencies and customs authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies
4. Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for process improvements
