Job Description

Essential Job Functions 

 Monitoring the import mailbox. Respond to internal & external stakeholders. Dealing with queries timely.

Review invoices and assign import tariff & customs procedure codes.

Checking invoices to make sure all other information is present to support an import clearance.

Providing import clearance instructions to the party responsible for import clearance.

Support with classification of import tariff codes.

Manage log data entry.

File management to support archiving of email communication and documents relating to a shipments clearance.

Interrogate systems to support investigation.

Follow established work instructions, processes and procedures.
