Customs Runner Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customs runners collect and submit all import and export documents to Customs accurately and promptly.
• Ensure timely payment of all duties and taxes for Customs-released shipments.
• Coordinate promptly with relevant authorities (OGA) for required approvals and arrange physical inspections by Customs.
• Ensure all physical or sample inspections are conducted with full integrity and compliance.
• Prepare clearance-related documents (e.g. gate pass) accurately to ensure smooth movement at Customs gates.
• Upload all duty and tax payment details, along with clearance documents (e.g. K1, K8), into the SF system accurately.
• Liaise with drivers and vendors transporting shipments to ensure timely clearance, including perishable cargo, seal/break seal procedures for K8 shipments, and issues at Customs gates.
